Once again the University of Padua has decided to bring together the academic and business worlds through "**C_Lab"** (Contamination Lab) the ambitious **multidisciplinary contamination** **project** now in its sixth edition, which involves university or PhD students, lecturers, professionals and companies.

**Arneg**, together with **C_Lab Veneto**, has decided to get involved and form a team with a specific objective: to establish guidelines and specific actions to enhance Arneg people in order to **continuously improve their working experience and welfare. **

On one hand, young talents from different educational backgrounds have the opportunity to get to know the company culture and test their innovative visions. On the other, Arneg also pursues its **commitment to sustainability from an ethical and social point of view**. Topics such as intergenerational coexistence, the sense of corporate belonging and the job satisfaction are of primary importance and to keep up with the times it is necessary to establish **a new relationship between people and work**, today more than ever.

And it is with this ambitious intention that Arneg recently opened the doors of its headquarters in Campo San Martino to **Beatrice, Giulia, Davide, Mirco **and** Thomas** to get to know the company more closely, breathing the same air and entering its mechanisms a little at a time.

Now let them make the next move. We are curious and ready to take another step towards the future!
