On December 19 and 20, at Arneg’s headquarters, the 2025 edition of the Arneg World Convention took place—the traditional annual event that brings together more than 250 delegates from Group companies from all over the world.
Once again this year, the event confirmed itself as a key moment for discussion, learning, and sharing. Two intense days dedicated to the people, skills, and visions that unite the Arneg Group, guided by shared values and a common goal: growing together. The working sessions fostered open and constructive dialogue, encouraging the exchange of ideas and strengthening the sense of belonging and collaboration among the different realities within the Group.
During the first day, the concept that will guide Arneg’s vision toward EuroShop 2026—the most important international trade fair dedicated to the retail world—was presented. The second day, instead, focused on sharing the results achieved and the strategies that will support the development of future projects.
Luigi Finco, President of the Arneg Group, addressed a message to all employees:

The Arneg World Convention 2025 thus reaffirmed the Arneg Group’s determination to face the future with vision and unity, laying solid foundations in view of EuroShop 2026 and the upcoming growth challenges.
