Q: It’s been 20 years since Arneg India was founded. What does this milestone mean to you and your entire staff?

A: This 20-year milestone is a moment of collective pride for all of us at Arneg India. It’s an occasion to honor the people who have stood by the company through every challenge and triumph. The trust our clients have shown over the past two decades inspires us to remain committed to serving them better and exceeding expectations. While we celebrate the past, our eyes are on the future. The next 20 years will focus on embracing sustainable technologies and continuing to set benchmarks in quality and innovation. This milestone is truly a shared success for our organization, employees, partners, and clients.

Q: Is there a particular memory that holds a special place in your heart?

A: One of the most significant memories for me was when Arneg India began manufacturing glass doors for our refrigeration cabinets locally. It was a true milestone that marked our transition from relying heavily on imports to building in-house capabilities. I vividly remember the excitement and pride across the team. This achievement not only improved our lead times and cost-efficiency but also strengthened our position in the Indian market. For me, it symbolized Arneg India’s growth and our commitment to innovation and self-reliance.

Q: What values guide your journey as CEO of Arneg India?

A: I have had the privilege of serving as CEO of Arneg India for almost 8 years. The values that guide me every day are the ones we hold close as an organization: hard work, embracing challenges, and working together as a family. Hard work keeps us focused and committed to excellence. Challenges push us to grow stronger and turn obstacles into opportunities. And working as a family ensures we support, respect, and uplift one another, creating a culture where everyone can thrive.

Q: What role has the parent company played in the development of Arneg India?

A: Arneg has always placed immense trust in us, and that trust has been the foundation of our growth. The parent company has consistently supported us with product know-how, enabling us to develop and manufacture products in-house at Arneg India. This trust and support have empowered us to take bold steps, face challenges with confidence, and grow stronger year after year.

Q: In your opinion, what is the key to success for a brand with such a long history?

A: The key to success for any brand lies in its ability to listen, adapt to new technologies, and deliver consistently. At Arneg, our success has come from creating customized products that meet the unique needs of our customers. In my view, staying customer-focused and innovation-driven is what sustains a brand’s legacy.

Q: How do you envision the company’s future over the next 10 years?

A: I see Arneg India growing as a leader in sustainable and customized refrigeration solutions, with a strong focus on energy efficiency, technology, and customer-centric innovation. India is a dynamic and fast-growing market, and we want to remain at the forefront of serving its evolving retail industries. With our in-house manufacturing capacity, we aim to thrive in providing customized product solutions. At the same time, we must be prepared for challenges such as rapid technological shifts, competitive pressures, and the responsibility of balancing growth with sustainability. I firmly believe that with our zeal to grow, our dedication, and our hard work, we will overcome every challenge.
