On Friday 8 May, the traditional ceremony was held to honour employees who have reached 20 years of service, a milestone that testifies to their commitment, loyalty and sense of belonging.
An event which, year after year, renews recognition for those who have made a tangible contribution to the growth of the Arneg Group. The awards were presented by Chairman Luigi Finco, Managing Director Filippo Marzaro and CEO of the foreign subsidiaries Daniele Marzaro.
In his speech, the Chairman emphasised the significance of this moment:
“Celebrating twenty years of working together means recognising an important milestone, achieved through professionalism, constant commitment and a spirit of growth. Arneg’s success stems from its people: from the passion, dedication and satisfaction with which you help build our future every day.
Thank you for your invaluable contribution and for the example you continue to set for the younger generations. Your commitment is an integral part of who we are today and who we will continue to be.”
The ceremony provides an opportunity to recognise the contribution of our people, the heart of the company, and to look ahead with a shared spirit of continuity and growth.
